GETTING READY TO CRUISE FROM U.S. HOMEPORTS
Guests traveling into the U.S. from another country should be sure to look into any requirements your own home country may have for exiting or re-entering its borders.

Vaccination Requirement
- Royal Caribbean guests age 12 and older must present proof of COVID-19 vaccination with the final dose of their vaccine administered at least 14 days before sailing.
- All crew onboard the ship and at our private destination, Perfect Day at CocoCay, are fully vaccinated.
Testing Requirements
All Guests: Required Pre-Cruise Testing: Guests will need to meet the new requirements recently issued by the U.S. CDC.
- Vaccinated guests 12 years and older are required to present a negative COVID-19 Test Result (antigen or PCR) for a test taken no more than 2 days prior to the sailing’s departure date and before their arrival to the terminal. Recommend that your clients visit RoyalCaribbean.com/HomeTestKit to order their pre-cruise test with our at-home antigen test kits, shipped right to their door (anywhere in the U.S.) in 3 business days or less. Get results in 15 minutes with live video supervision by a Certified Guide. Please note, this at-home antigen test does not satisfy the pre-cruise testing requirement for children.
- Unvaccinated guests 2 to 11 years old are required to present a negative PCR Test Result for COVID-19 (antigen test are not accepted for children) for a test taken no more than 3 days prior to your sailing’s departure date and before your arrival to the terminal.
- Proper documentation (printed negative test results or negative test results presented on your phone) from an accredited laboratory (no doctor’s notes) is required to sail. All costs for this test are the guest’s responsibility and must be done on their own, not at the terminal.
Kids Age 2-11 Years: Additional Testing
In addition to the pre-cruise test, kids will take one or two more tests.- At the Terminal: Unvaccinated guests ages 2 to 11 years are required to take a PCR test for COVID-19 when checking in at the terminal. Registration details for this test will be sent via email in advance. This test is complimentary.
- Prior to Disembarking: For sailings 5 nights or longer, unvaccinated guests ages 2 to 11 years are required to take an antigen test onboard within 24 hours before the cruise ends. Registration details will be provided during the cruise. This test is complimentary.
Guests under 2 years of age will not be tested.
Sailings longer than 10 nights may have additional onboard testing requirements.Travel Documents Checklist
Your clients will need to have the following documents when you arrive to board the ship.

- A Passport Book or Passport Card, valid for at least six months after your cruise, is strongly recommended. If you do not have a Passport, you may present a state-certified U.S. Birth Certificate (not a “baby feet”
hospital certificate or baptismal paper). Guests age 16 and older that present a Birth Certificate will also need to provide a valid Driver’s License or picture ID issued by the government.

- COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card with the final dose of your vaccine administered at least 14 days before sailing. This is a requirement for all guests age 12 years and older.

Onboard the Ship
Mask Guidance
Here’s our current guidance for facial coverings for all guests (except those under age 2, who do not need to wear a mask at any time).Masks are NOT required to be worn:
- In open-air areas of the ship, unless you are in a crowded setting
- In the pool or any activity where they may become wet
- At venues designated for vaccinated guests only, such as select bars, lounges, restaurants and shows
- In your stateroom when you are with your traveling party
- While visiting our private destination, Perfect Day at CocoCay, unless you are in a crowded setting
- By any guest under the age of 2
Masks ARE required to be worn:
- While indoors in public areas of the ship, unless seated and actively eating or drinking
- While visiting public ports of call, where local regulations may require them
Mask-Free Spaces
- Some venues and nightlife events will be for vaccinated guests age 12 and up, only. Masks won’t be required in these venues. Vaccinated parents are invited to enjoy these experiences while their kids are living it up at Adventure Ocean.
More Space for Your Family
- If you’ve sailed with us before, you’ll notice there are fewer guests onboard, letting you ease back into vacation mode. The ship’s venues are set up to easily allow for physical distancing throughout your time onboard, and there will be signage to guide you.
Dining
- All dining areas will feature spaced, sanitized seating. Nearly all restaurants and cafes will be available to all guests, though a select few specialty restaurants may be reserved for vaccinated guests only.
- In the Main Dining Room, which spans multiple decks, we will designate areas for parents and kids, and areas for vaccinated parties only. My Time Dining will not be available to parties that include unvaccinated guests.
- If you prefer a buffet, Windjammer will be open to everyone for breakfast and lunch, and the food will be served by our crew. We recommend that you make dining reservations via Cruise Planner before your cruise or using the Royal Caribbean app onboard.
Entertainment
- Theaters and activity venues will offer spaced seating and more showtimes. Some activities, showtimes, or seating areas will be reserved for vaccinated guests only. Be sure to make show reservations once onboard using the Royal Caribbean app.
Going Ashore
- Healthy Shore Excursions: Royal Caribbean has worked with local tour operators to ensure they follow our Healthy Sail Panel health guidance for all Shore Excursions. These tours are available at a variety of price points and may be purchased in advance on Cruise Planner or once onboard using the Royal Caribbean App.
- Requirements for Going Ashore: Below are our current tour requirements at ports of call, which are subject to change as we continue to evaluate circumstances around the globe.
- No Tours Required for Vaccinated Guests: Fully vaccinated parties may book a shore excursion or visit the port freely.
- Tours for Families: Families traveling with unvaccinated kids must purchase a local tour through Royal Caribbean if they wish to go ashore. This applies to all ports of call except Perfect Day at CocoCay, and Port Canaveral, Florida. Vaccinated parents wishing to go ashore freely can visit our youth facilities onboard to learn about drop off program hours and availability, and reserve time for their child on the day they wish to go in port.
- Tours Recommended in Port Canaveral, Florida: For ships that stop at Port Canaveral, we strongly recommend that families traveling with unvaccinated kids purchase a local tour through Royal Caribbean if they wish to go ashore. Additionally, we recommend the use of face masks when going ashore.
- No Tours Required at Perfect Day: Tours or planned activities are not required of any guest who wishes to go ashore at Perfect Day at CocoCay, our private destination.

GETTING READY TO CRUISE FROM CYPRUS
Valid through October 2021 for sailings departing from Cyprus The protocols communicated here apply only to guests departing from Limassol, Cyprus on Jewel of the Seas®. We will continue to update these protocols as public health situations evolve. Guidance for all other departure ports is still in development with national and local authorities. Booked guests will be provided full details specific to their port of departure prior to sailing, however these are subject to change.

Before Your clients Travel To Cyprus
• Vaccinated guests who hold a valid vaccination certificate from the public authorities of the countries listed here, will be able to travel to the Republic of Cyprus without the need for a test.
• Unvaccinated guests ages 12 to 17 years old, will need to arrange and take a RT-PCR test at their own expense no more than 72 hours before arriving in Cyprus. This test is required by the government of Cyprus to enter the country. Depending on the country of residence classification (e.g. green, amber or red), guests may require additional testing on arrival at the airport in Cyprus at their own expense. Please review your clients country’s entry requirements when travelling to Cyprus.Boarding Day In Cyprus
• All guests aged 2 and older must take a complimentary rapid antigen test at the terminal in Limassol and receive a negative result in order to sail. We will email instructions on how to register in advance approximately 14-18 days before your cruise.Before Returning Home
• All guests aged 2 and older will need to take a complimentary COVID-19 test before disembarking the cruise. This result is required for re-entry into Cyprus and can also be used for re-entry into your home country if needed. Additional details will be provided onboard.
• Unvaccinated guests that decide to extend their stay in Cyprus after the cruise or live in Cyprus may be required to take a test upon debark at their own expense and in some instances may need to quarantine if the stay is longer than 3 nights, with a secondary PCR test at the end of quarantine. These requirements will depend on the categorisation of Greece (as our port of call) by the Government of Cyprus.
• A small number of guests may be selected at random by the Cyprus Health Authorities and asked to complete and additional PCR test after disembarking the cruise. Impacted guests will be notified once onboard the cruise, there is no charge for the test.Travel Documents Checklist
Guests sailing from Cyprus will need to have the following documents when they arrive to board the ship.
• Cyprus Flight Pass: Guests of all ages flying into Cyprus must complete the Cyprus Flight Pass within 48 hours of travel to Cyprus. Your clients can complete this using the link here.
• Proof of Vaccination: Royal Caribbean requires guests age 18 and older to be fully vaccinated. On arrival at the port, vaccinated guests must display their vaccination status on their government approved App or with a vaccination certificate / letter provided by their health authority or general practitioner (GP). Guests travelling from the UK must display their vaccination status on the NHS App or provide a valid NHS vaccination certificate. We recommend that guests register for the NHS App or vaccination certificate at least 2 weeks prior to travel. Guests who do not have access to the NHS service must provide a letter from their health authority or general practitioner (GP). Please note vaccination cards will not be accepted as proof of vaccination.
• Passport / European ID Card: Guests of all ages must have a passport valid for at least 6 months after the date your clients’ll be returning to your clients country. EU Nationals may also present their European ID card.
• Health Questionnaire: Guests of all ages must complete the pre cruise Health Questionnaire on the Royal Caribbean App. It will become available in the app the day before your clients board.
• Visa: All guests must ensure they check their visa requirements for entering both the Republic of Cyprus and the ports of call included within the itinerary.Onboard the Ship
Mask Policy
• For cruises departing Cyprus, see the onboard mask policy below. We are continually evaluating this policy against the latest public health standards and will advise booked guests of any changes.Outdoors & Indoors Onboard
• All guests 6 years and older must wear a mask in all indoor and outdoor public spaces, unless seated and actively eating or drinking or sitting beside the pool. Masks are not required in your clients’ stateroom as long as they are with their own travel party. Masks are not permitted in the pool or for any activity where they could become wet.Safety Briefing
• The muster (or safety) drill—a mandatory practice at the beginning of each cruise designed to instruct guests where they should go in the unlikely event of an emergency. Guests complete the drill in their own time via the Royal Caribbean app. All guests will need to visit their assembly station—a designated location to complete the process.Dining
• Reservations are recommended and can be made via Cruise Planner before your clients board for meals at specialty restaurants, Main Dining Room, or Windjammer. Once onboard, your clients can also reserve dining by using the Royal Caribbean App or calling the reservation line. Windjammer will be open for breakfast and lunch, and food will now be served to your clients by crew members to avoid guests sharing serving utensils. If your clients like to dine with other parties during their cruise, they can easily link their bookings by using the Royal Caribbean App or calling us on +1 305 354 0204.Entertainment
• Be sure to book your clients showtimes once onboard, using the Royal Caribbean App. Venues will seat at a reduced capacity to allow for physical distancing, but to ensure everyone gets a chance to enjoy our showstopping entertainment, we’ll also be offering more showtimes throughout your clients sailing.At Ports of Call
• In abundance of caution, when visiting the ports on the 08/21/21 – 09/25/21 sailings, parties that include unvaccinated guests are required to participate in shore excursions offered by local tour operators approved by Royal Caribbean. These tours meet our health and safety requirements for unvaccinated guests. Entirely vaccinated traveling parties may visit the port freely. Vaccinated parents who wish to debark the ship on their own can reach out to our Adventure Ocean staff once onboard to make arrangements for those port days. All guests are subject to restrictions and requirements as defined by local authorities in the ports we visit. Additional details will be provided onboard. The decision was made to protect you and the communities we visit. To help offset this change, on this sailing, we will be offering select Shore Excursions at a 50% discount for unvaccinated guests and their parents per port. Vaccinated adults in the same reservation as the unvaccinated guests will also be extended the 50% discount for new tour purchases to assist in planning time in destination. This discount is only available to reservations with unvaccinated guests. Once onboard, please visit the shore excursions desk on Deck 4 and our amazing team will help find the perfect excursion that will give you that adventure you’ve been looking for or the laidback vacation you’ve been dreaming about for over a year.
• Vaccinated parents wishing to go ashore freely can visit our youth facilities once onboard to learn about drop off program hours and availability, and reserve time for their child on the day they wish to go in port.
• Shore Excursions: Be sure to check out our selection of curated shore excursions — we’ve worked closely with local tour operators to ensure that they are following the health protocols we have outlined, and to offer a variety to choose from for all interests and budgets. You can reserve tours now on Cruise Planner.
• Local Regulations: When going into port, please observe all local mask and physical distancing regulations in place. On shore excursions, your guide will let you know when a mask is needed.
Preparing to Return Home
Cyprus Re-Entry Testing
• All guests aged 12 and older will need to take a complimentary antigen test before disembarking the cruise, this result is required for re-entry into Cyprus and can also be used for re-entry into your home country. If needed a complimentary onboard RT-PCR test can also be arranged for any one that should require it to re-enter their country of residence. The test will be administered just before the end of the cruise, and guests will be provided a copy of their test result. Additional details will be provided onboard. Most Governments that require a re-entry test, require it to be conducted within 72 hours of travel, cruise guests should plan to fly home within 24 hours of departing the ship, for the test result to be within the valid window. Please ensure you check your country of residence local travel guidance for any additional testing that may be required upon your arrival home.

• Passenger Locator Forms: Many countries now require guests to complete a passenger locator form before travelling home. Please check your clients local government requirements before travel.
• Republic of Cyprus Declaration Form: All guests are required to complete a declaration form upon their return to Cyprus at the end of the cruise, additional information will be provided once onboard.
GETTING READY TO CRUISE FROM SOUTHAMPTON
Valid through October 2021 for sailings departing from Southampton This information only applies to guests on the Anthem of the Seas’ Southampton sailings departing September-October 2021. Health and safety protocols are subject to change. As health protocols evolve, we’re committed to sharing updated requirements with your booked clients.-
Vaccination Requirement
• All guests 18 years and older are required to have all doses of their COVID-19 vaccine completed 14 days prior to the sail date. Additionally, all crew members onboard will be fully vaccinated.
• Additionally, based on a guest’s vaccination status and the country traveling from, take additional tests or quarantine may be required upon arrival. Guests traveling from outside of the UK should review current travel requirements.
• All guests on back-to-back sailings must be fully vaccinated and are required to take a COVID-19 test, which we will arrange. Test results must be negative to continue with the subsequent sailing segments. Regrettably, guests that are not vaccine eligible (children) are unable to sail back-to-back with us.Testing Requirements
• Guests living in the UK and the Republic of Ireland must bring a negative result of a PCR test taken within 3 days prior to sailing. We will email instructions on how to register for the complimentary test approximately 14-18 days before the cruise.
• All guests arriving from overseas are required to have a COVID-19 test taken within 3 days prior to departure to England, in addition to a PCR test on or before Day 2 of your arrival, this is a UK Government requirement and will be required by airlines. Additional tests and/or quarantine may be required depending on the country of origin. The cost associated with this test is the guest’s responsibility.
• Unvaccinated guests arriving from overseas are also required to take a COVID-19 test no more than 3 days before sailing and must present a negative result at check-in. While this is a Royal Caribbean requirement, the same test used for entry into the UK can be used, as long as it falls within the 3-day timeframe. The cost associated with this test is the guest’s responsibility.Boarding Day
• Unvaccinated guests living in the UK and the Republic of Ireland ages 2-17 years must bring a negative result of a PCR test taken no more than 3 days prior to sailing. Additionally, these guests will take a complimentary rapid antigen test at the terminal and must receive a negative result in order to join us onboard. We will email instructions on how to register 14-18 days before the sailing.
• All guests arriving from overseas ages 2 years and older will be required to take a rapid PCR test upon arrival at the cruise terminal. We will email instructions on how to register 14-18 days before the sailing.
• Guest under the age of 2 years have no testing requirements.Travel Documents Checklist
You’ll need to have the following documents when you arrive to board the ship.
• Health Questionnaire: Please complete the health questionnaire in the Royal Caribbean App when it becomes available the day before you board. Be sure to complete this ahead of time to have a smoother boarding day.
• Passport/Driving License: All guests will need a passport that’s valid for at least 6 months after their sailing’s return date or a valid UK Driving License.
• Proof of Vaccine: If you are fully vaccinated and residing in the UK, you’ll need to present your Proof of Vaccination (either on the NHS app or a NHS vaccination certificate) on boarding day. All other guests will be required to display their COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card with the final dose of their vaccine administered at least 14 days prior to sailing.
• Test Results: All guests from the UK, the Republic of Ireland, and unvaccinated guests from overseas will need to present a negative test result from a COVID-19 test taken no more than 3 days prior to sailing. Guests can present the printed or digital result at check-in.
• Passenger Locator Form: Guests arriving from overseas must fill in their Passenger Locator Form up to 48 hours before arrival into the UK. You must declare all countries you have visited or transited through in the 10 days prior to your arrival on your Passenger Locator Form.Onboard the Ship
Face Coverings
• Onboard, face masks will not be required outdoors, on open-air decks, except in crowded settings. In indoor public areas, masks are required for guests 11 years and older except while seated to eat or drink.
• At public ports of call, local face covering guidelines apply.

• For Mediterranean cruises from Barcelona, all Royal Caribbean guests age 18 and older must present proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, with the final dose of their vaccine administered at least 14 days before sailing. • All guests ages 18 years and older, must present proof of vaccination as well as all required travel documents upon arrival at the ship. Acceptable proof of vaccination must be in the form of the original vaccination record document issued by the country’s health authority or healthcare provider that administered the vaccination. The vaccination record submitted must show that the guest is fully vaccinated. This means that the guest has completed the full cycle of required doses for the vaccine administered (e.g., received the second dose in a two-dose series) and that the guest has received the final dose at least 14 days before arriving at their cruise departure terminal in Barcelona.Testing Requirements
Travel Guidance to enter Spain & Ports of Call
It is important that your clients review the travel guidance issued by the countries that they are visiting prior to travel. For more information, please check the following websites frequently:

All international guests are advised to review the latest travel guidance issued by the Government of Spain.Vaccinated guests who hold valid proof of vaccination will be able to travel to Spain without the need for a COVID-19 test.
• Guests travelling from the EU (European Union) must present their EU Digital COVID-19 Certificate in digital format to airport health control staff.
• Guests travelling from outside the EU must present proof of full vaccination issued by non-EU countries. Any such document shall contain at least the following information: Traveler’s name and surnames, personal identification number used to obtain Spanish FCS Health Form (SpTH QR), date of complete vaccination, vaccine administered and country where vaccinated.Unvaccinated guests ages 12 to 17 years old, that are travelling from an area designated as high risk by Spain will need to arrange and take a diagnostic test [NAAT (nucleic acid amplification test, e.g. RT-PCR, RT-LAMP, TMA) /RAT (rapid antigen test)] at their own expense no more than 48 hours before arriving in Spain and present their negative result to airport health control staff. This test is required by the Government of Spain to enter the country.
All guests must ensure that the documents provided to enter Spain are the original version; it must be written in Spanish, English, French or German and may be submitted in paper or electronic format. If it is not possible to obtain it in these languages, it must be accompanied by a translation into Spanish carried out by an official body.
Guests of all ages entering Spain from other countries must complete the Spanish FCS (health control) form before travelling to Spain. They can complete this using the link here .
• Boarding Day in Barcelona: All guests age 2 and older must take a complimentary rapid antigen test at the terminal in Barcelona and receive a negative result in order to sail. We will email instructions on how to register in advance approximately 14-18 days before the cruise.
• During the Cruise: All unvaccinated guests aged between 2 -17, must take a complimentary rapid antigen test towards the middle of the cruise. Once onboard, we’ll let them know where to go to take it.
• Before Returning Home: All guests aged 2 and older will need to take a complimentary COVID-19 test before disembarking the cruise. This result is required for re-entry into Spain and can also be used for re-entry into home country if needed. Additional details will be provided onboard.Guests under 2 years of age will not be tested.

Your booked clients will be provided information specific to their port of departure and itinerary prior to sailing, however this information is subject to change.

Vaccination Requirement
• For Mediterranean cruises from Rome, all Royal Caribbean guests ages 18 years and older must present proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, with the final dose of their vaccine administered at least 14 days before sailing. We will continually evaluate these requirements and make updates as local public health standards evolve. Guests younger than 18 don’t need to be vaccinated— but if they are, they should bring their proof of vaccination to board and they can follow the testing guidance for fully vaccinated guests.
• All crew onboard Harmony of the Seas will be fully vaccinated.Acceptable Proof of Vaccination
• All guests ages 18 years and older, must present proof of vaccination as well as all required travel documents upon arrival at the ship. Acceptable proof of vaccination must be in the form of the original vaccination record document issued by the country’s health authority or healthcare provider that administered the vaccination. This means that the guest has completed the full cycle of required doses for the vaccine administered (e.g., received the second dose in a two-dose series) and that the guest has received the final dose at least 14 days before arriving at their cruise departure terminal in Rome.

• Guests from some countries may be required to isolate on their arrival into Italy, which may impact their travel plans. Guests impacted by this requirement should contact us to discuss their options.
• Requirements change frequently so please ensure your clients frequently review this information prior to travel.
• Guests of All Ages entering Italy from other countries must complete the EU Digital Passenger Locator Form before travelling to Italy. This will generate a QR code, which should be presented to your clients’ airline and Border Police if requested. A paper form can be completed if they do not have an electronic device.
